Australia Palliative Care Education in Japan.
AIPEACS is delighted to announce our Japanese partner JECCS (Japanese Educational Clinical Cardiology Society) are very pleased to have been awarded an Australian Japan Foundation Grant (AJF) for the 2019/2020 period.
There will be a total of five Japanese nurses looking forward to completing a four day class conducted by AIPEACS for subjects related to palliative care in Melbourne in June 2020.
Julie and Tim Paul, the Directors of the AIPEACS, have been enjoying a close relationship with JECCS activities for more than 10 years.
Julie Paul said,
“The Australia Japan Foundation strongly promotes improved relationships between japan and Australia and only grant funds to the most deserving of causes and reputable organisations. It is a great honor that JECCS has been recognised for the wonderful inroads JECCS is making into creating awareness of both Australian and Japanese palliative care “.
